About this house rental
This lake house has everything for a perfect vacation and you can enjoy your lake time floating in this protected cove at the 24 mile marker on Lake of the Ozarks! This charming house offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third bedroom with twin bunks and a toddler bed. The well stocked kitchen is open to the comfortable living room and has a sliding door leading out to the spacious lakefront deck equipped with a gas grill and additional seating. Enjoy all of the outdoor amenities including a covered private dock with swim platform and drive-on PWC lift, paddle boat, paddle board and a water mat. The owner has a boat in the slip but you are welcome to tie up to the side of the dock. This house is located in Sunrise Beach very near Paradise Tropical Restaurant and Bar, Franky and Louie's Beach Front Bar and Grill and Captain Ron's Bar and Grill (Home of the Shootout). Please note: There is NO washer/dryer in the house. There is dedicated parking for 2 cars. You cannot get a boat trailer to the house. The road to the house is a narrow gravel lake road. There is a ramp and trailer parking (small fee for each) about 2 miles from the house.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The quiet cove was nice and we loved relaxing on the deck. The close proximity to restaurants and bars was so convenient too! The house was clean, comfy and well-stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was 4 nights, which was enjoyable. My family had a wonderful time. The House is located in a nice area (very close to everything) and in a nice cove. Our kiddos were able to get a lot of swimming in. The space was smaller, but it worked out because we were either on the lake or down at the dock except when sleeping. A few things that would have been nice would-be Laundry (it says that it has it in the amenities list, but fine print says that it does not. That fine print doesnt show up until the house is booked.) Along with Laundry, knowing that there is a speed bump at the bottom of the road to go down to the house. My mother-in-law had a high lifted vehicle so she was able to park in the houses 1 of 2 spots, but my minivan is too low and would get high centered trying to get over the bump. There is a place for maybe 3 vehicles to park and still let other cars by, but it is a walk to get to the house from there. Luckily we didn't need my van or we would have lost our spot to other low riding vehicles.
