This property has been completely remodeled to give you the modern amenities and luxuries of a 5 star hotel. This home takes you back to 1940’s Balboa Island. The minute you step inside the front door, you’ll notice the details, from the original wood floors to the charming gas fireplace. This unit has a front house with 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room / dining room area to enjoy! A garage for parking your vehicle, perfect during the summer months! AC and Wifi throughout the home.
The back unit is a separate loft area with 2 bunk beds ( sleeps 4 ). This loft has a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It’s a great home for two couples to share, especially if they have children. A perfect spot for kids to hang out, with it’s large television and Xbox system.

Kris was an excellent host and anticipated our every need. She was so responsive and accommodating. The property was spacious and comfortable. Extremely well done. Next time we plan a trip to Balboa, this is the place we will book.

The property is absolutely beautiful! It’s well laid out, accommodated six adults easily, and was of course, close to everything. It was only enhanced by the beautiful weather we had. Our host was genuine and kind. No complaints whatsoever. Property was very clean and just what we were after. We will definitely come again!

Second time staying here and it was just as excellent as the first time. Lovely decor, great amenities, comfy beds, and everything you could want for a wonderful stay on the island. If you’re looking for a perfect get away, this cottage is the place to stay.

This perfectly adorned charming cottage+ was so comfortable in every aspect. It was sparkling clean, beautiful fresh bathrooms and kitchen, uncluttered, and every amenity , down to the most detailed was thought of, for every age group. Also a perfect location for walking Balboa. It made our vacation a 10!
