Holiday cottage in a traditional stone farmhouse, adjoining the owner's house and another cottage (total capacity: 12 people).
Enclosed 190 m² garden with bicycle storage. Table tennis and swing set available.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 accessible bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm), accessible shower room/WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together, 2: two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together) with en-suite shower room/WC.
Included amenities: full baby equipment, DVD player, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, firewood, bed linen. Not included: oil heating (€11/day), towels, tourist tax, and mandatory cleaning fee (€65).
Pets: €100 deposit.
Nantes 30 km, Lake Vioreau (swimming) 10 km, Erdre Valley nearby, Loire riverbanks 20 minutes away, Nantes/Brest canal, waterskiing 10 km, water ski lift 6 km.
