Our house is ideal for a holiday with friends or family!
It is located in the city center of Savenay located 30 km from Nantes and 30 to 45 minutes from the sea (Pornichet, La Baule, Le Croisic, Pornic, ...). Possibility to reach the beaches by train too. The Gulf of Morbihan is 45 minutes by car.
The house is fully equipped and was renovated 2 years ago.
We have everything you need to welcome your children!
Our house is close to Nantes where you can ride on the Machines de l'Ile, enjoy the trip to Nantes, ...
The canal from Nantes to Brest is 20 minutes drive to make a beautiful walk or bike ride!
Savenay is a small friendly town where you will find local shops, a market on Wednesday, a swimming pool, a lake, the park Korrigans and a rope park: Tépacap ', a cinema.
Our house is very spacious: 160 m² on 3 levels:
Ground floor: entrance, living room of 40 m², bathroom, toilet, kitchen. The living room overlooks the terrace / garden
1st floor: 1 bedroom with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a trundle bed.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a matrimonial bed + an office
Our garden is 300 m²: cabin, slide, deckchairs, barbecue!
