Cottage converted from a traditional stone farmhouse, in a quiet location, adjoining another cottage (total capacity: 12 people).
Enclosed garden with flowers and trees (480 m²). Table tennis, swing set.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190cm, 2: two single beds 90x200cm that can be joined together, 3: two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together), shower room/WC.
Amenities included: freezer, full baby equipment, DVD player, radio, Wi-Fi, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, bed linen, and firewood.
Not included: oil heating (€11/day), towels, tourist tax (€0.75/person/day), and mandatory cleaning fee (€65). Pets: €100 deposit.
Nantes 30 km, Lake Vioreau (swimming) 10 km, near the Erdre Valley, Loire River banks 20 min, Nantes/Brest Canal 5 km, water skiing/water ski lift 8 km.
