Clearlake is a natural lake, not a reservoir, and is only slightly impacted from droughts and dry summers, and only fluctuates 3-7 feet a year. You can fish from a chair on the back deck or from your private beach!
If you are looking for the perfect place on Clear Lake, then this newly & completely recently remodeled home, this is it. The water is cleaner here in this cove than most other areas of the lake and our beach is protected from winds that come in from the west. The fishing for Catfish and Bass is great and right off the beach! Swim or float around safely or just hang out on the private beach.

Guests with boats can tie up to our private beach or just anchor the boat off in the protected cove. This home does not have a dock or pier but instead it has a direct private sandy / gravel beach that is perfect for pulling the boat up to.
This home is located directly on the waterfront of Clearlake and can be accessed by driving through the city of Clear Lake and out to the area of Paradise Cove (near Honey Moon Cove).
The home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 and 2 both have Cal King bed sets with Tommy Bahama tropical bedding and themes, a 50" Roku Streaming HD TV on the wall and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1 also has a half bath.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, tropical Tommy Bahama bedding, a 50" Roku Streaming TV on the wall and ceiling fan.
You will find 2 single Aerobeds & 1 Queen Aerobed in the master bedroom closet if needed with built in electric pump.
The entire home is cooled with Central Air Conditioning (central heat for the winter). The large 50 gallon water heater will ensure you can take as many long (hot) showers as you like!
The luxury living room boasts a direct view of the entire south end of the lake, looking across towards Clearlake Oaks. In the living room is a (2023) large sectional sofa with 3 electric recliners and USB ports.
The TV is a 55 Inch Roku Streaming TV on the wall. An I-Home radio with docking station for your I-Pod or I-Phone is located in the living room and bedrooms.
The Kitchen is designed in granite with cherry wood cabinets, the appliances are GE Profile stainless steel including a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave and a 2023 Samsung glass top electric range with built in Air Fryer in the oven + the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The view from the kitchen is looking directly at your private beach and the entire south end of Clearlake. View View View!
Our home has a private beach for your use. The other homes in our cove also have private beaches and piers / docks. Those other areas are private and cannot be accessed by those staying in our home.
On the backyard concrete deck you will find 6 chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing, a very large charcoal BBQ grill and Traeger Grill / Smoker (you provide the charcoal we provide pellets for the Traeger, and a large 8 foot round table with umbrella and seating for 10 along with ample lighting for night time parties and cooking.
This lake front home is in a forest setting with many large pine and oak trees on the property. A small gravel road off the main street leads down to the home and there is plenty of parking for several cars and boat trailers however it may be difficult for some as it is a narrow road with tight turns so we don't recommend trailers longer than 20 feet. Jet Ski's and Sea Doo's are welcome to use our launch ramp on the property and boats should launch in town at Red Bud park or the free ramp at Clearlake Oaks which is just across the water from this home.
(All TV's Are WiFi Roku TV's) and can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Pandora or other online apps. Sling TV is provided with access to over 50 Network Channels including ABC, NBC, Fox, CNN, Bravo and all of the channels you would expect to find on CATV or DirecTV.
Cell phones should have FULL signal from anywhere on the property with 4G - 5G on Verizon and AT&T, along with other carriers. The entire home, deck & beach have excellent WiFi internet access, great for working while on vacation or Zoom Schooling for kids (Orbi WiFi Mesh System With Extenders Installed) and you can easily connect your Smart Phones, Tablets, or Computers to the internet free of charge. The house and property were beautiful. The house was clean and greatly stocked. There is seasoning for anything you wanted to cook. Unfortunately the water wasn’t healthy for my daughter’s dog during our stay. It was nice and peaceful. We saw quite a few big fish jumping.

We had a wonderful time here. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The ramp was great for launching our kayak and the beach provided a great swimming area for my kids and dogs. We also caught many fish (catfish and bass) right off shore! The cove felt private and secluded. It was a quiet, relaxing stay and perfect for any fishing enthusiast.

Everyone in our group highly recommends staying here, the house is amazing and the view is great! The fishing from the backyard was perfect and the locals were very friendly, they told us about the area and some of the activities they recommended (there’s a lot to do in Clearlake!). When you’re not out enjoying the lake, the air conditioning in the house feels amazing as you lounge on the couch or melt into one of the beds (everyone in our group noted how comfortable the beds were). The kitchen is the perfect size and very well stocked for all of your vacation needs.
