The maid service was outstanding. The lady cleaned the room for us and did not rush us to get out on our second day. We stayed at the hotel as we were providing services to a association in Lake Port. The maid made the trip amazing.
The floor was not clean when I arrived. I told the maid about it and the made cleaned the floor when she fixed up the room. This is one hotel the maid service spoke English and knew the area as well as was extremely kind and helpful.

The room was dirty when we got there. It definitely wasn’t cleaned after the last person stayed in the room. Several MCDonalds bags and wrappers around the room.
Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. We did fix a couple because the breaker had been tripped.
No hot water what so ever. Water was freezing cold when we had to take showers.
