About this house rental
This luxury vacation home sleeps up to 12 and features 150 feet of lakefront! The Private covered electric boat dock can accommodate 2 boats.
This split level house has 2 bedrooms upstairs with amazing lake and island views, and a bunkie downstairs. The bunkie sleeps 8 with 4 full size beds and plenty of drawer and closet storage. There is room for 5 cars.
The dock includes a diving board and the bay is perfect for all watersports.
The outdoor space is amazing with lounge seating, a dining area and umbrella's. Enjoy the outdoor heaters, BBQ and fireplace while you watch the sunset over the mountains.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave, cooktop with griddle and dishwasher. It is stocked with ample cookware, plates, cups, glasses and silverware, sheets, pillows and towels.
Clearlake has boat up bars, restaurants and casinos and is the largest natural lake in California. There are over 10 wineries, a state park and plenty of hiking trails. It is a vacationer's dream!

The property was amazing. Great for families. Lots of activities to do on the property. A great place to vacation and enjoy yourself.

I usually don't like to leave any negative comments but these are facts about the house.
Outside entrance of the house had many spider webs full of mosquitos and the main door doesn't have screen door same goes for back door that connects to back patio.
Furniture of the living room is not the same as pictures, the layout and couches had been change with a totally different decor taste.
Outside patio had only two umbrellas pictures show three and one was broken on arrival I had to fix it myself with some tape. Recliners seat were not cover like one picture show and the whole patio furniture kayaks and pedal boat were cover with bird poop. So be ready to do some cleaning.
Inside the house had some ants problems .
Kitchen stove looks very old and air extractor had spider webs. We also found more spider webs in kitchen ceiling and living room .
The bed covers they provide are very thin and kind of small for my taste.
Not enough cleaning supplies (we couldn't find any pan duster ) like other houses have.
Overall is a nice location and we had fun but I feel they should upgrade the pictures if they going to change the furniture and they should also try to do better with outside patio like covering furniture or store cushions so they don't get cover in bird poop.
Owners are great very nice people thank you and they response very fast
