About this apartment rental
Welcome to this recently renovated, historic first-floor apartment on one of the most walkable streets in the Elmwood Village. It’s one of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods, as designated by the American Planning Association.
We are centrally located and less than a half block away from Chapin Parkway and Elmwood Avenue with numerous coffee shops, restaurants/bars and shopping just steps away. The new AKG Art Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Galley and Buffalo State College are also walkable. We are also a short drive away from Canal Side, downtown Buffalo, Allentown, Larkinville, Key Bank Center and a 25 minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and Niagara Falls.
Living room: Spacious layout with ample seating, a 55 in Smart TV and 477 Mbps WiFi.
Dining room: Plenty of space for entertaining and a dining table to seat 4 guests, and a portable AC unit.
Kitchen: Full kitchen including gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig, toaster, cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also available. There are enough pots and pans and utensils to cook small meals.
(3) Bedrooms: Nicely sized bedrooms and two have comfortable queen mattresses. The third bedroom has a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have work desks, one with a charging station. Extra pillows, a comforter, and a fan are in each bedroom closet. Each bedroom has a window AC unit.
Bathroom: Beautifully tiled shower/bathtub with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, fluffy towels and wash cloths.
Front porch: VRBO guests can use furniture on the front porch. There are additional patio chairs located in the first bedroom closet. VRBO hosts/owners use the front porch to access their unit as well. There can be no loud noise/music on the porch at any time and quiet hours are 9pm-9am.
Please do not park in the driveway, only street parking is available. There are 7 steps leading up to the front porch, but none in the apartment. There is a Ring camera located at the front door, but no interior cameras.

this was a wonderful property to stay in for the Raven's game! SO conveniently located to restaurants and bars along Elmwood Rd. One bathroom is a little tricky for 5 people but we made it work. VERY clean! Would stay here again! Thanks Alex!

The home was beautifully appointed, clean and in a beautful neighborhood. It was fun to be able to pretend it was ours for a few days!
