1. Infant required no facilities / not kid tested2. Clean - recently renovated3. Coffee pot had no lid / could not make coffee / perhaps the pods part of the coffee maker worked...4. Just wanted a base for sleeping while going out each day - this place worked well for that.5. Upstairs tenants friendly

Extremely clean, excellent area close to everything. Plenty of sleeping areas and linens/towels. Great communication with the owners. We enjoyed our stay very much and Buffalo is a great city.
