About this apartment rental
The whole family will be comfortable in our spacious and unique apartment! Our place is best for up to six, but an additional two can be accommodated on a queen air mattress in the living room. We live upstairs with our two kids and dog. This is a great place for families and two couples traveling together.
This is a first-floor apartment on a historic tree-lined street on Buffalo's West Side- near the Peace Bridge. We are within walking distance of Front Park and two playgrounds our kids love! We are also within walking distance of dining options on Connecticut Street and a little farther of a walk (20 min) to the super cute Five-Points neighborhood.

There is plenty of space to spread out in this apartment, which not only has three bedrooms, but two living areas, a separate dining room, kitchen, and separate laundry room.
Living room is equipped with a smart TV. While there is not central air, there is a window unit in the bedroom as well as the living spaces, as well as fans.
The bathroom has been newly-renovated with the intention of keeping the charm of the historic. We swapped the tub for a walk-in shower. You'll find all your toiletry essentials here.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal! There is also a large air fryer/toaster over, microwave, kKeurig, and electric kettle.
Games, books, and toys will ensure the little ones feel at home too. We also have a pack n play, potty, and portable high chair seat available.m
- The main bedroom has a king bed.
- Second bedroom has a queen bed.
- There is a twin bed in the third bedroom.
- Twin sofa bed in the second living room space and we have a queen air mattress that can be set up in the living room. Original pocket doors allow for privacy when people are sleeping in living spaces.
Ample parking is available for free on the street (not like New York City parking, it's easy to find a spot right in front).

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Six friends travelled down from Canada for a Bills game, and we were lucky enough to get this spot. Tons of space throughout, very simple check in/check out, and extremely responsive and helpful hosts when we had any questions. Would recommend to anyone.
