The house was very clean and comfortable. The fourth bedroom is somewhat misleading in that there isn’t a bed in it. Otherwise the house was comfortable. We had a few minor issues that the host corrected immediately. Brandan’s response was quick and accommodating. Thank you again for adjusting our dates. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Pros: Location, fenced-in yard, friendly hostCons: Lack of amenities, dirty, untimely communicationI loved the area. As a dog-owner, walkablity is important and it’s very close to a beautiful park which meets the river.However, we wouldn’t stay here again. The host didn’t get us the check-in info until 15 minutes before check-in time. It’s not too unreasonable but it makes you nervous. Then, right after arrival, we were pinged for the pet deposit. Again, not unreasonable but just ill-timed.There was a lot of garbage in the couch under the cushions, the trash can outside was 1/2 full, and the dishes/utensils were dirty. We had to wash all of the dishes upon arrival as we were suspicious of them all. By the time we left, we had to leave two additional sacks of garbage outside the bin. No recycling.No paper towels so we had to buy our own. Less than two rolls of TP between two bathrooms for four guests and a 3 night stay. No selection of measuring cups so we determined right away that we weren’t going to cook here.The back yard and front yard were secure and large and the neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet.
