Welcome to our Rogue River Retreat. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment has gorgeous Rogue River views from the main living area, a bedroom and the large (29 foot x 11 foot) deck! Enjoy the river view while preparing food in a fully stocked kitchenette, while having dinner at the dining table or while having breakfast on the deck. You can watch TV and/or enjoy the electric fireplace from the couches at the same time that you enjoy the view of the river!
Enjoy watching a pair of ospreys dive and catch fish, geese swimming with their goslings, or the occasional raft or boat on the river. Go outside and spend your time in the yard at the picnic table or go fishing from the river bank in your backyard!
Peaceful property is located at end of private drive, yet minutes from Grants Pass, hospital, restaurants and supermarket.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, toaster-oven, double sink and portable duel induction cooktop. Ductless HVAC system provides heat and air conditioning to the main room and to each bedroom that is controlled individually.
Please note that we have had many inquires about pets, despite stating that they are not allowed, and we are firm about not allowing pets.

My husband and I stayed at this home for a long weekend, visiting our daughter. The apartment was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and comfortable - had everything we needed! The TV was a little hard to figure out, but we got the hang of it. Also, DO NOT walk across the grass toward the neighbor's houses - you will be trespassing! We were attracted to the lovely rock "beach" by the river, because it had access down the bank, but you will be trespassing if you go there! The neighbors are not so understanding about it. Overall, we would love to stay here again!

I had such a wonderful time at this property that I didn't want to leave. The setting on the river is spectacular. It was serene, quiet and relaxing. Owners are extremely nice to deal with. They definitely "go the extra mile" to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a very convenient and well stocked small kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are quite ample and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here..

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. The setting is absolutely stunning. We so enjoyed watching the river, boats, and wildlife. It is also removed, very quiet and private.
The newly redone apartment is so clean and fresh and bright! Two lovely huge bedrooms with comfy beds, nice new bathroom and a large kitchen and living space. Kitchen doesn’t have a full oven but everything you need for simple meals is available including a nice fridge, microwave and dishwasher. All new and top of the line. Decor was lovely. And then there is that huge deck! So relaxing to sit on and enjoy the environment.
We would highly recommend this apartment to all and look forward to returning someday.
