The apartment sits on the private and gated Longbourn Estate. Inside, you’ll find two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fold-out sofa bed, and two bathrooms — one of which is en-suite. Wooden floors throughout give a clean and contemporary feel, while patio doors open onto a green space ideal for relaxing outdoors.
A fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and a multi-channel TV system ensure you have everything you need for work or downtime. Parking is plentiful and private, with off-road spaces just steps from the apartment.
We are a pet-friendly organisation. Pets are allowed upon request and require pre-approval regarding number, type, and breed. Acceptance is always at our discretion and subject to cleaning and booking fees.

Owner was great and the fact they live next door was comforting for a foreigner. Place was quiet and private. Car Park in drive next to front door. WiFi & Cell signal were good. Large park less than a block away. Able to get a lot of work done. Not lavish, but good value, safe, quiet and private.

Lovely property. Two good size double bedrooms. Lots of outside space. Host very helpful gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants etc.
