Good location and very comfortable.
Would have liked a walk in shower rather than an over bath one but did not spoil the trip.
Description of the property stated that the owner would meet us at the property with the key.
There was in fact a key safe which we only found out about after waiting outside the property for an hour and then phoning the agent. Thankfully the agent was available.

The location was ideal for us.
The house suited us very well and was comfortable.
The key safe is in a very awkward position to open particularly in the dark and the rain. Almost inaccessible
The garden really needed attention. It was a mess.
No Christmas decorations to cheer up the house for our stay over the Christmas period.

Great interior, good location. Clean.
No welcome pack; we had no idea how to turn on wifi or get sky etx to work. (We did in the end)
No corkscrew.
Boiler had been turned off only cold water. (Husband managed to turn it on)
No bath mat, husband slipped in shower.
Banisters almost came off wall - bit of a worry in a narrow Victorian staircase.
There’s a huge mirror that only leaned against the wall. If that falls onto a child, it would probably kill it. Someone needs to do a more thorough RA.
