It was ok, but nothing special. There was a built in electric toothbrush charger in the en-suite. Be aware that although there is private parking, it's not secure.
The bed in the main (en-suite) bedroom was very uncomfortable. The flat was not especially clean, the shower in en-suite particularly was surprisingly in need of a deep clean. The wiring for the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen was held in place with sticky tape. This started to drop off a day into our stay. Only a hand held shower in the second bathroom with no shower screen. The "welcome pack" consisted of satchets of coffee and sugar tea bags, but no milk. You get better in a travelodge.
The day prior to our visit the agent called with an opportunity to check in early, after midday for £35. 🤔

Handy location, easy keyless access and checkin process. Handy being all ground level with small but functional (uncovered) outdoor patio. Good free parking and easy connections to major roads.
Advertised tumble dryer non-existent and no radiators for drying clothes, further exasperated by washing machine spin cycle not working. One bedroom has comfortable bed, but the second bed you can feel the springs. Quite uncomfortable. A new washer-dryer and a new mattress would lift this accommodation to an 8.5/9.0 rating, in my opinion
