About this villa rental
An unparalleled home in a private area behind Villa Borghese - between Anzio and Nettuno - a few steps from the sea, near Rome for relaxing holidays all year round. The beach is at walking distance.
Hidden in the greenery for absolute relaxation, the villa is a family house divided over 3 floors, with independent bedrooms with private bathroom, to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. Surrounded by a large garden with areas dedicated to refreshment and outdoor barbecue, it has a charm linked to the history of a large family and to the welcome of the house, with its suggestive fireplaces and the different common areas, including a tennis table room, large terraces and more.
Ideal for both summer and winter, the villa is located between two well-known characteristic places, such as Anzio and Nettuno: the center of Nettuno with its medieval village is easily reachable on foot. It is a place where it is possible to get everything at walking distance even if living in a quite place (train station 1km, beach 500 m, Nettuno center 700m, supermarket etc various choices close to home...)
The distance from Rome to 60km and the convenient connections with the train make it an ideal destination also for visiting the city, staying in a unique reality.
The villa is immersed in silence and unspoiled nature, hidden among age-old holm oaks and pines, with lush flower beds and different plants, which make it ideal also for the organization of private events, from birthdays to weddings according to the desired style, from the weekend between friends or children's parties.
Guests have the possibility to book one or more rooms, according to their needs, with use of kitchen and internal and external common areas, or rent the whole villa or even the park without staying overnight, in the case of special occasions.
The cost depends on the different needs, making it possible to book just one room with bathroom, with use of the kitchen, internal common areas and external park.
The double access gate to the villa can be reached after entering a large private area: privacy and absolute tranquility are guaranteed.

My class and I had a wonderful stay at Lucilla's paradise family house. We enjoyed it so so much. The house was stunning and filled with love and beautiful memories. It also had everything we needed and much more in terms of kitchenware, furniture and space. The pictures of the house don't do it justice though! The garden is so beautiful with lots of hidden spots and oceanview. And the rooms are very charming and romantic with beautiful sunlight and views. Lucilla was very accommodating and helpful, and we had great communication with her throughout our stay.
Nettuno is a lovely little town with a big beautiful beach, an old fortress city with small paths that look like something out of Romeo and Juliet and a local winery with wine made on grape varieties that have been cultivated in Nettuno since ancient Rome. Also Nettuno is only an hour from Rome. If you want to take a day trip, it is very easy. Me and 24 other lovely people can highly recommend staying at Lucilla's. Best, Ida Marie Nielsen from DK
