This beautiful bright condo is the perfect getaway for your next trip to the beach! This home can comfortably sleep 8 guests with 2 bedrooms (plus a loft) and 2 and a half bathrooms. Centrally located in downtown Pismo Beach, only a short walk to the sand. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom located directly next to the primary, has 2 twin beds. Both rooms are located on the entry level as well as a full bath and the washer and dryer.
On the second level you can find a spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, and a balcony with a propane BBQ; making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The loft features gorgeous ocean views as well as an additional living space, with a sofa and TV, a twin bed, a twin trundle, and a full bathroom. We liked the location of this property. It was nice and big for our family of 5 and was nice and clean. Rental is through beach bum holidays and they were ok. I would have preferred avoiding the check-in at their office, and being able to go straight to the house. We also complained about a loose mirror in the entrance (we were worried it would crash on our kids heads!), but they did not come and address it during our stay. There is a great loft with a view of the ocean! It would have been great if there was a double bed up there. The house had all the amenities we needed, including sand toys and beach towels. They only provided enough laundry and dishwasher detergent for a few loads which felt a bit cheap, and kind of annoying. It is a nice walk to the beach, and we were able to store our sandy surf gear on the porch. Next time I would probably pick somewhere that was a bit smaller and closer to the beach, but that is just because it was so big for us.
