About this house rental
Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 150 m² house in Muespach to rent for up to 8 people. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Breakfast is available at an additional cost of €10 per person per day (fresh bread, pastries, butter, homemade jams, homemade muffins, organic eggs, homemade yoghurt).
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds joined to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A beautiful 2,000 m² unfenced garden
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 15 m² south-facing balcony
- East-facing balcony 7.5 m².
The property is located in southern Alsace, 20 minutes from the Swiss and German borders. The hilly landscape between the Alsace plain, the Black Forest, the Swiss Jura and the southern Vosges mountains offers a wealth of opportunities for hiking, cycling and mountain biking, as well as for all kinds of sightseeing:
- Visits to several towns: Basel (20min), Colmar and the wine route (1h), Altkirch and its local Thursday morning market (20min)
- Michelbach-Le Haut golf course (8min)
- Thermal baths in Germany: Bad Bettingen 35 minutes away, Badenweiler 50 minutes away, Bad Krozingen 55 minutes away.
