Yatak odasında perde yok ve panjur da arızalıydı. Konuyu bildirdik ev sahibi yada biri gelmiş fakat biz evde yoktuk ertesi gün için saat bildirdik fakat kimse gelmedi. 5 gün perdesiz ve panjur açık şekilde kendimizce çözümler bularak geçirdik.
Ev de detaylı temizlik yapılmamış duş teknesi ve klozet kapağı kirliydi.

The communication with the host was fast and efficient prior to my arrival while it could have been better during my stay at the flat. Tram stop at the vicinity was also a plus at this location.
The deposit (of 300, euros) although informed in "between the lines" of the booking conditions was surely excessive and cannot be justified by the furniture and appliances of the flat. However, the flat has been recently renovated.
Meanwhile, a big "minus" of this flat can be the heat as there are no AC, not even a fan to try to mitigate the heat.
