Nestled in the heart of the Perche hills, in the countryside yet close to the village, the Gîte de la Haute Alouette offers a charming and comfortable house perfect for relaxation. Discover the rich heritage of this region, steeped in art and history, explore its many trails, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Perche landscapes. This renovated farmhouse is just 2 minutes from the Château de Montmirail, 15 minutes from La Ferté-Bernard, and 45 minutes from Le Mans. The single-story house features a garden and terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
The living area comprises a living room with a coffee table, TV, TV stand, and a table with 8 chairs.
The entrance leads to a bright and airy living space. On the ground floor, a master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, a shelf, and an en-suite bathroom (sink, mirror, shower, vanity unit and cabinet, towel warmer, and hairdryer).
Also on the ground floor is a utility room housing the water heater, electricity meter, washing machine, and household storage.
The wall-hung toilet is adjacent to this room and separated by a sliding door.
