Labeled "Gite De France 4 épis", our "Grand" gîte is located in a charming and quiet street in the heart of Mamers.
Eco-responsible, ecological and sustainable approach that offers a warm, tastefully and elegantly decorated home where life is good.

The comfortable and warm living room opens onto the terrace and the garden
On the 1st floor: 2 personalized bedrooms, with a sober and harmonious decor, each with private bathroom / WC.
On the 2nd floor: a bedroom in a "chalet" atmosphere with its parquet and solid larch paneling; Shower room open to the bedroom and separate private WC.
The bedding is of good quality and comfortable, the bed linen is washed by an ecological laundry.
You will love the terrace which overlooks the garden laid out with passion by its owners where the stone walls, natural stone paving and wood stage shrubs, perennials or cherry tomatoes in summer ...

* Shower sheets are provided
* An electricity package of 10 kw / day is included as well as a gas package for central heating in winter: 7 kw / day
* A deposit check of € 600 is requested upon delivery of the keys and then returned one week after departure if no damage is found.

Lovely old house in quiet street in the middle of town. Weather was very hot but house stayed cool. Lovely villages surrounding, plenty of safe cycling paths.

Loved this gite, great size for 2 adult couples - or more than 4, people plenty of room. Loved the kitchen, the fire, the bathrooms, and the location. We drove around all day, loads to do and see - it was cold and stormy, the heating worked perfectly. Lovely big showers, and very comfortable bed - kitchen is very well equipped. The renovation on this house has been stunning.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. La maison est situé en centre ville, un peu à l'écart, dans une petite rue tranquille. La maison est spacieuse et a accueillit parents, enfants et petits enfants sans que personne ne se gêne. Lily et Yves sont vraiment charmants et ils ont donné à cette grande maison tout son charme. Nous les remercions chaleureusement de l'avoir partagé avec nous.

Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans le Gîte de Mamers...propriétaires accueillants...Beaux volumes quand nous sommes nombreux...Nous le conseillons vivement...pour notre part nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!!!
