About this house rental
The house is located in open fields, in a small hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of a picturesque pond, close to the forest of Rocked which is the panorama, 20km from the banks of the Loir. Wheelchairs access: Access to the entrance of the house is gravel, but there are toilets and a shower room on the ground floor, interior passages and the access switches are accessible seating.
The House of Pottery is the ideal base for many walks, tours of the House of Man and forests, castles Lude, of Ponce sur le Loir, the house of Ronsard ... The village is 2 km and a half. There are garden furniture and a barbecue on the property. Tenants have access to a garden of 1500m2 protected by a hedge.
The area offers very diverse landscapes: countryside, forest, vines, recreation areas ... The castles of the Loire are within an hour drive, the zoo of the Arrow at 50m, the Le Mans 24 hours 35 minutes, the music festival of Epau 40mn ... Sarthe is the land of 'rillettes du Mans' and Pineau d'Aunis (red wine) and the Jasnières (white wine).
Near the house, you will find gourmet restaurants such as Hermitière, in the heart of the forest, or the White Horse Inn in Beaumont Pied de Boeuf. The wineries are all located less than 30 minutes.
The cities of Chateau du Loir and Ecommoy each offer a well-stocked market. The village of Jupilles has a bakery, a butcher and grocery store, a cafe-tabac, a restaurant-creperie.
On Sundays, it runs a small market where there is fresh cheeses, poultry, eggs and organic vegetables jupillois farmers.

très joli région, hôte très sympathique,endroit calme, mais proche de l’autoroute. Maison charmante avec joli jardin arboré, les enfants ont adoré pouvoir s'y promener et jouer avec le matériel mit à disposition. Nous aurions du prendre une nuit supplémentaire pour découvrir d'avantage.

Gite en très bon état, situé au clame mais facile à trouver. Le Mans est très proche malgré tous.
Ce gite est très bien équipé, il dispose d'un grand jardin ou des animaux passent de temps en temps.

Jolie petite maison dans une campagne vallonnée et boisée... Maison confortable, décorée avec goût. Parfait pour ce petit we de février! Accueil charmant et discret. Rien à dire, ce fut parfait! Nous cherchions un petit lieu pour nous retrouver entre amis entre Paris et Nantes... Je crois que nous l'avons trouvé! Vous nous reverrez!
