Fully Equipped kitchen with brand new dishwasher/stove/microwave. Fully Supplied kitchen to make your visit as comfortable and homely as possible.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom. Second bedroom two twin beds. The Sofa in the living room turns into a full size bed. Private laundry room with Washer and Dryer fully supplied with detergent and fabric softener.
Living room has a 55" Smart TV and so does the Master Bedroom.
Ritz Point is a prestigious guard gated community with Swimming pool, Club House, Workout Gym and two Jacuzzi Spas, one over looking the Ocean. One assigned parking space with plenty of guest partaking.
This unit has been completely renovated with all new bathroom shower/cabinet/flooring, Kitchen flooring/Cabinet/appliances. As well as new carpet.
All furniture is new and is waiting for the guests to enjoy their vacation and feel at home.

Safe and quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was in a nice area. Had a nice balcony area. It was so nice to have laundry in the unit. It was big enough for 5 adults. Only negative I would say is the carpet wasn’t real clean and wasn’t even, it had weird inclines in it.

We have been vacationing at the Ritz Ponte for many years and Sheila and Alex's condo was with out a doubt the best property we've had the pleasure to stay in.It was beautifully decorated and completely updated. We loved the spacious, airy feeling and the colors were perfect for a beach vacation. The location is terrific and gave us access to wherever we wanted to go.Both Sheila and Alex live close by and were able to be available at any time we needed their help. They truely are exceptional hosts.We loved their condo so much,that we have already reserved it again for next summer!

We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Dana and this was one of the best. Easy and clean. Super comfortable

Property not cleaned on arrival. This was fixed the following day. However the complex was not well maintained.The pictures of pool were not accurate.There was drilling on the interior closet wall for many hours - had to leave.
