This fully furnished two bedroom two bathroom condo is located in the exclusive Ritz Pointe gated community in Monarch Beach. This luxury community offers resort style living, just a little over a mile away from the beach. As a guest, you will have access to WiFi, fitness room, pool, and spas – one of which has a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with quality linens. The updated kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a fully stocked kitchen. A separate eating area and a comfortable living room, where you can enjoy the fireplace and Smart TV’s. There is also a private patio which features a propane BBQ and a laundry room. The rental comes equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach and pool toys for your enjoyment.
This updated condo is ideally located in the upscale area of Monarch Beach, and within walking distance to the Waldorf Astoria Resort , the Monarch Links Golf Course, and the Ritz Carlton Resort. The beach is easily accessible via a walking path that winds along the Monarch Golf Course and under the Pacific Coast Highway (a little over a mile). Salt Creek Beach and Strand Beach are a short five minute drive. These are both great family beaches, perfect for swimming, body surfing, paddle boarding, or just relaxing. There are also various restaurants, concert venues, local attractions, beach activities, and trails, all located minutes away from the condo. In addition to being centrally located near everything Dana Point has to offer, many other Southern California attractions are only a short car ride away: San Diego is forty-five minutes south, where you can visit the San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Sea World, and Balboa Park; Los Angeles with all its attractions is about an hour north; and Disneyland is only thirty minutes away.

Our family will definitely stay here again! Home was spacious enough for all 4 of us,well stocked in all ways needed for our stay,excellent hospitality and communication. Appreciated the welcome basket and book of information regarding the area!! The ability to walk to the beach through the properties was something we did several times a day !!!

Our stay at this property was wonderful and we hope to stay here again for our future visits to the OC. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and the location is perfect. There is close proximity to several beaches, golf courses, shopping, and many outstanding restaurants ranging from very casual to exceptional fine dining. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely.

This is the most well stocked rental I’ve stayed in.
I really liked that the community was gated and I should have found the hot tub sooner.
