Beautifully-furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the quiet north end of Monarch Hills condominium complex, right at the entrance to the walking path down to the beach. The walk is about 1 mile and takes 20 minutes.
The complex is adjacent to the Waldorf Astoria Dana Point, one of three five-star hotels and resorts in California. Two others, the Ritz Carlton and the Montage, are nearby. The community of Dana Point is upscale, and is located convenient to San Diego, Sea World, Disneyland, Los Angeles, and the best dining, shopping, beaches, golf, and tennis in Southern California.
This is a gated community and includes your own covered parking space. This is a ground floor unit with 3 small steps to descend when entering the convenient 1,200 square-foot single-story condo. This relaxing and tastefully decorated condominium is perfect for two couples or a family looking for a beach retreat.
The unit has two 39-inch HDTVs with HD DVD players in both the living room and master bedroom, and a 32 inch HDTV with HD DVD player in the guest bedroom. All TVS have streaming Smart TV options. WiFi is included.
Enjoy meals in the separate dining room or , in the breakfast nook, or outside on the patio table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and all your cooking needs, and a barbecue grill outside. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with your own private bathroom. The second room has a queen bed. Both have spacious walk-in closets. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The condo also has its own laundry room with washer and dryer.
