It offers a large swimming pool, 12 person whirlpool spa, private tennis court and padel court both floodlit, sports field, pool table and table tennis. Layout

A large open-plan kitchen that seats 14 leads on to a grand terrace (naya) with impressive views the valley. The terrace provides a relaxing seating area and alfresco dining for up to 14 people. On the first floor you will find; Bedroom one - king sized bed (made of two single beds) with en suite, Bedroom two - double bed with shared bathroom, Bedroom three - two single beds with shared bathroom, Bedroom four - main suite with a king sized bed (made of two single beds) and en-suite bathroom. On the 2nd floor you will find Bedroom 5 a king sized bed (made of two single beds) with en suite and on the ground floor you will find Bedroom six - two single beds and a double bed with a large en suite. The ground floor offers direct access to the swimming pool area.


Sleeping Arrangements

The villa has 6 bedrooms including three king sized beds (made of two single beds), two double beds and four single beds as well as a double sofa bed. Additional beds on request.


Exterior

This villa benefits from a floodlit tennis and padel court, a salt water pool and whirlpool spa alongside stunning landscaped gardens with over 1,400 plants. Guests can also enjoy lots of on-site activities including; table tennis, pool table, sports field with football goals, basketball net and yoga area.

The covered pool-side terrace seats 14. In addition the outside kitchen with BBQ has its own chef's table that seats 8. There is also an outside toilet and shower facilities.

With a private gated entrance there is parking for four cars and an electric car charging point.

Alicante airport (ALC) is the nearest airport, which is 83.9 km and 1 hour by car. Other nearby airports include Valencia airport (VLC) 96.1 km and is 1 hour 15 mins by car.


Accessibility

There are a number of floors and terraces located across the site which are only accessed via steps. Some of the doorways are narrow and not suitable for wheel chair access.
