Villa 'Luxury Xenofilia Lll' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Pros: A lovely and spacius villa with a sumptuous outdoorerea with a big pool, wich we had ordered heated, wich it was! There is a spacecious outdoor kitchen with a covered sitting-/eatingarea Sonia was quick and helpful Cons: Several rooms did not have cupboard/closets for your clothing. Instruction of how to sort the waste / a place where you can sort the wast in the house. More or less, all tevisions and remote controls did not work - sort them, mark them. No one could get the awning to work. Check the plumming from time to time?

Pros: The house was spacious with plenty of room for us all as a family of 16 adults and 2 babies. The pool was fantastic we paid extra to have it pre heated which was definitely worth it. Large area to sit and eat outside with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Great communication with the host. We also booked through the host to have tapas and Paella provided for us the evening we arrived. The food was superb with plenty of it and would highly recommend. We had a leak in one of the rooms from the hot water tank one evening, this was fixed and sorted the following morning with minimum disruption. Cons: The property could do with a more organised kitchen and cooking utensils with better quality glasses and crockery. The amenities said there would be basic toiletries provided but there was nothing available or provided. I feel the host could leave recommendations of restaurants and bars in the areas, where the nearest supermarkets are and taxi numbers. Personally feel this would benefit hugely.

Pros: The villa was perfect, from the location to the pool, to the number of bedrooms. But it didn’t take away from the lovely layout and ambience of the villa. The outside kitchen was perfect and where we cooked all of our meals. We would return if we were to stay in the area again. Cons: It could however do with a big clear out of all of the equipment provided - there was a lot that was damaged, not working (there were 6 coffee machines, some with cracked jugs) and far too many tables and chairs outside, which just seemed to take up space.

Pros: Prior to arrival all communications with Christiaan were prompt and professional which gave me confidence about the booking. On arrival our party of 11 people were overwhelmed with the size and quality of the villa both inside and out. Inside had more rooms than we could ever use as it was a summer beach style holiday. The furnishings were of good quality and well maintained. The pool was great as it has a shallow easy to enter area for the young ones and a deeper area for playing games and a swim. Out stay focused around the shaded eating area with room for 14 guests and the undercover bar/BBQ / kitchen where we met up for meals and drinks. If you wanted to be alone there were several other outdoor areas with comfortable seating. (My daughter counted that there were seats/sunbeds for 72 people on the terrace as a whole!) The maid "Asma" was kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. There was underground parking for at least 4 cars behind a secure door. The owner has gone out of his way to provide every conceivable extra that you may need on your stay from a multi gym to a fully equipped workshop if you felt the need to fix something. This villa will be high on our list when looking for the next holiday.
