About this villa rental
Villa Lujo (Benissa) is an iconic Mediterranean villa with unrivalled panoramic sea views that can be considered a true oasis of calm, luxury and elegance. It features a golf course, petanque court, heated swimming pool (extra, see conditions), gym, infrared sauna, home cinema, and exclusive, customisable Gastronomic Experiences. Pets are not allowed.
- This villa offers an exclusive service (extra, see menus and customisable options) of Almarina Villas gastronomic experiences with private chefs, for breakfast - lunch, and the highly appreciated paella + tapas experience, and barbecue experience, prepared and cooked live by our private chefs with the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and presented exquisitely for you to enjoy unique, authentic and unforgettable moments with your family and friends.
- Heated swimming pool available on request at an additional cost of €60/day for stays of more than 7 days, and for bookings made more than 3 days in advance. Available from March to November. The temperature will depend on the outside weather and the use of the cover, reaching an average of between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius.

The conceptual design of Villa Lujo, by Almarina Villas:
The exterior conceptual design allows our guests to enjoy moments of tranquillity in the elegant gardens, take a relaxing sunbath by the exclusive Asian-style heated pool, exercise on the golf putting green, petanque courts or in the gym, and enjoy conversation and laughter with family or friends on the large terrace with outdoor kitchen.
The interior of the villa stands out for its careful blend of contemporary Mediterranean and Asian decorative styles, where you will be transported to a truly unique experience of serene luxury and elegance, ideal for disconnecting from everyday stress or reconnecting with yourself, your family and friends.
The living area of the villa is located on the ground floor, which features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen that connects through large sliding doors to the large terrace with a heated Asian-style swimming pool, a lunch area with an outdoor kitchen and a large sunbathing area with sun loungers.
The villa's living area is connected to the sleeping area via an internal staircase, where our guests can relax in their luxurious, sun-filled bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have terraces with sea views.
On the lower level, there is a sauna, a gym and an audiovisual games area.
The layout of the floor plan makes a clear distinction between the day and night areas, allowing you to hire our daily cleaning service for a truly relaxing and exclusive hotel-style experience with the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury villa.
Later, after relaxing by the pool or working out, you can decide each day whether you want to use our exclusive concierge service to book a unique local restaurant, have a barbecue at the villa, or even experience our exclusive chef cooking an authentic Valencian paella.
Other exclusive services such as massages, yoga sessions, babysitting, private transport and a comprehensive activity planning service are also available to make your stay at Villa Lujo memorable.
A deposit of €1,500 is required for this villa.

The villa is located just 2.5 km from the idyllic beaches of Benissa and 5 km from the large sandy beaches of Calpe. If you are interested in gastronomy, you will love the location of the villa, as there is a wide variety of pleasant Mediterranean and international restaurants within 5 km and 4 different Michelin-starred restaurants within 20 km to offer you an exclusive dining experience.
The villa is only 3 km from large supermarkets for your shopping needs.
If you are interested in clothing and fashion, we recommend a visit to the old town of Moraira, Altea or Jávea, where you will find many authentic Mediterranean shops where you can buy summer clothes, jewellery and gifts.

What a beautiful location and what a perfect design of a large Villa! We were 10 total, used all 7 en-suits with plenty of space and privacy for everyone.
Villa Lujo is a dream location to emerge in culture, style, space, landscape and privacy. The location is very private and very safe, I appreciated the exclusiveness from the world once you walked into the property. The house is immaculate and clean. The outdoor space is large with plenty of areas for seating and laying by the pool. The pool was absolutely perfect, needed to cool down in the warm weather and sunshine that we had daily. The outdoor dining area is perfect, and the outdoor kitchen a dream! We used it with great joy.
The property is so well designed, the spaces are divided and create a very private and exclusive place to enjoy the outdoors. Amazing trees and landscape makes you feel that you are surrounded by nature and totally private. Day or night, the outdoor space is exquisite!
The kitchen indoors has everything you need to create a fabulous meals if you choose to cook yourself. The dining room table is indescribably beautiful! Comfortably fits 14 people
Seating area is comfortable and stylish. The game room is perfect for anyone looking for fun inside! Large TV and comfortable seats. All en-suits are well designed, comfortable beds and stylish decor in every room
The hosts at Almarina were so helpful and responsive with any communication and recommendations. We had the private chefs from Denistars come three times, they made this experience very special and memorable. A rental car is needed to go to the store and travel to the beaches that are not far away however hilly on the way back! The view from the Villa is magnificent! This was an exceptional experience for my family, and we would highly recommend Villa Lujo to anyone who is seeking private and exceptional experience. I would not hesitate to rent from Almarina again due to their excellent customer service. We will return. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had an unforgettable stay at your Villa Lujo. Everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Alejandro was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos- stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The views were stunning, especially in the evenings and the private pool was a dream. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone of us ( guests age 21-73) found the activities to suit our needs. The "Denistar" chefs and the Flamenco Dancing and singing show you recommended enriched our festive evening even more. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury retreat!

We stayed at Villa LUJO for a week with a family group of 11. The Villa is breathtaking.
It is stylish with fantastic amenities and has a high-quality finish. This extends to the outside areas as well. The terraced levels leading down to the putting green are stunningly designed and beautifully light at night. In all our years of staying at Villas throughout the world, this was the best.
If we had any problems, the Almarina staff were immediately attentive and provided great support and communication leading up to and during our stay.
Local food shopping is a 5 minute car journey away. The Aldi is very well stocked which allowed us to try out both BBQ s and the Pizza oven.
A wonderful place.
