Context - we were on lad's holiday with 8 guys.
Most of the rooms were nice and spacious and two bathrooms with 8 people is also really nice. The two balconies really add to the charm of the appartment.
The location was perfect for us, we had a smaller supermarket at a two minute walk and a bar on the other side of the road. The beach (and also club) Bacvice was a 10 minute walk as was the larger supermarket.
The owner and host were really nice and answered any question we had almost immediately.
The shower did not flush really well which meant that you had to turn off the shower once in a while (this is probably a quick fix though).
Also (as is quite common with these kind of appartments) the amount of cooking equipment was mediocre. We had a lot of glasses and plates which was really nice, but we only had one really small cutting board and the largest frying pan was still too small for 8 people.

Location was key here. All kinds of convenience stores nearby and walking to the beach and Riva was a cinch especially with kids. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too. Bathrooms all new with two full showers and such. That was VERY good for us. Our host was really great with communication and all. Met her when we got the keys and door code. Next time we hope this place will be available again!
Parking. It's Split in the city. Parking is always a problem and you just have to go drive around a bit and find it. There are some 24h parking garages and you can find street parking, just gotta be patient.
