Fabulous one bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Old Town. The host welcomed us and communicated well through out. Very relaxing stay. Reasonably priced.
There were renovations happening in the building downstairs/or in the next building and the drilling/ hammering started early.

Such a wonderful studio apartment in a perfect location right inside the walls of the Diocletian Palace.
Clean and spacious, everything you need, just a shame I only had a couple of days stay here. The bed was so comfy and fantastic shower.
I couldn't have picked a more perfect location, so close to everywhere in Old Town, it was easy to nip back whenever I needed. My deluxe studio apartment was on the top floor, tucked away in a small square, just off the Diocletian Palace, and below were two amazing restaurants...Portofino and Konoba Korta...busy every night.
Just out on the main walk through, you have the Diocletian Palace, with live music in the square from the Luxor Restaurant. Access to the town market is through the palace gates on the left, and route to the ferry is just less than 5 minutes. I advise those route to get to the apartment as less steps.
Despite the buzz and atmosphere of the restaurants and live music, the noise didnt disturb my sleep.
I would 100% recommend, and I wouldn't even look elsewhere when I come back to Split.
It was fine for me...but there are 29 steps to the deluxe studio apartment. Not steep though.

Everything was just great! Clean, beautiful & modern rooms - with good and comfortable beds - and all you need at the perfect spot in Splits old town centre! I would definitely return back to Borna and Franko Rooms in Split! The host was flexible, helpful and easy to be in contact with! Lovely place!

Really central to everything in split city centre. The host was absolutely amazing and helped us with a lot of tourist information and background on the city. She was available for support 24/7 as we needed to contact her about a problem with our room but this was resolved promptly.
The room we were given on the first 2 nights was filthy and filled with flies. Not only this but the room was extremely noisy due to the fact one of the walls in the room was actually a wooden panel that faced into one of the busiest alleyways for tours.
The aircon also stopped working on day 2 which prompted us to contact the host to move rooms as we had, had enough.
