La ubicación. La habitación estaba moderna . Limpia y a un buen precio. Tenía a su alrededor de todo del comercio. El anfrition Luka excelente. Muy atento. Respondió en todo momento y nos ayudó con el parqueo.

Que tuve q subir 4 pisos de escalera a diario. La refrigeradora no enfriaba y faltaban ganchos para toallas..

Luca was really helpful supplying us with the codes to access the room. Also providing recommendations for food & drinks. When we arrived the place was so clean, with extra towels & little bottles of shampoo & soap which I thought was a nice touch. The location is in a good area to the beach, old town & not too close to night life. Sadly I think this is where the good things ended.

The room is advertised on here as a bath, with pictures outlining it as a bath. So i went to get in the bath, after learning it is not a bath at all but a shower. The bathroom gets so wet, it’s a bit of a hazard. It made getting in the shower just a difficult experience, trying not to soak the floor but also making sure you were clean. So many people have previously mentioned this up to a year ago with no change. At this point why not just make it into a shower? Theres only one small bathroom bin for the whole apartment so if you are staying a while theres no where to put rubbish, in the end I did a couple of runs to get rid of rubbish so that it Didn’t accumulate. The hardest things for us was the noise, every morning there was banging or scraping of furniture from upstairs. The door being slammed from downstairs. People walking up and down the stairs or even talking in the next room travelled pretty badly, i chose to try and get on with it as it felt like more of a thin wall issue then the guests themselves. Every-night we were back in the room for around 8pm latest as we just felt unwell & there was a lot of music on in the center which made it too busy for us. On the last night I received a message from the host asking us to be quieter as someone else had complained about noise & laughing late at night. To this I was so confused as we were always asleep, latest 10:30/11 but we always made sure not to make any noise as I was aware I could hear others, they can hear me? My response to the host was just that & that others have been making noise also but it felt tit for tat? I asked if he had spoken to everyone in the building? The response I got was if you tell me who’s making noise I will speak to them. Confirming the message we received wasn’t a generic message to everyone but solely aimed at us. This really upset me as we are always considerate of others, I looked at other reviews on here and noise complaints date back to about a year ago.

Fabulous location, modern and very clean facilities. Luka, our host, was very prompt with helping us with during our stay.
