The Saint Francis Lakeside condo complex sits on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe with gorgeous lake views from the private pebbly/stone beach and sweeping landscapes of lush green grass throughout the spring, summer and fall. Seasonal HOA amenities include private beach and pier, sand volleyball court, horseshoes, tennis courts, and swimming pool (summer use only). The community indoor hot tub (winter use only) is open on Saturdays and Sundays for adults only. The close proximity to ski areas, including Palisades Tahoe, Homewood Mountain Resort, and NorthStar make this an ideal vacation rental. It's only1.5 miles to downtown Tahoe City, easily accessed along a paved bike path. Saint Francis #18 is an excellent family-friendly location or getaway for you and your friends!
Unit 18 is an end unit with a peek-of-lake view from the living area, decks, and master bedroom. A simple one or two minute walk gets you to the lake shore.
Enter on the lower level, where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The King master bedroom features a TV and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunk bed and looks out to the beautiful pine forest. Full guest bathroom and laundry facilities in the hallway.
Upstairs, the fully-equipped kitchen, living area, and dining room flow easily into one another, creating a great gathering space. Large windows let in lots of natural light and 3 sliding glass doors lead to deck space that's perfect for lounging and relaxing. Both decks provide serene views of the forest and the lake. A desk is available for those on a working vacation. Videos and board games are provided for your entertainment, and a gas grill is offered in summertime.
Parking is limited to 2 spaces.

- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

It is in a lovely location - end unit. Very quiet. The interior is not friendly to someone using a cane. I did not ask for a unit with bars in the shower - my mistake. The couch had a rip in it. We did not make it. I mentioned this to Cory. I can't thank you enough for your prompt help getting a new hair dryer, one hour before we had to leave for a wedding! That was terrific. And, your maintenance guy fixed the TV for my husband, which was also great. Excellent service.

We have rented often in Lake Tahoe and always look forward to our 4th of July week. This unit was perfect - we were 2 couples and had other friends staying in the complex as well. The unit was clean, roomy, and a perfect location in the complex. Loved the deck and views. We definitely hope to stay here again!

We truly enjoyed this rental condo. We have stayed in this complex before, but this unit was our favorite. There are so many windows upstairs, so the room is open and bright. The decks were spacious. The beds downstairs were very comfortable, and our kids loved the bunk room. The unit overall was well furnished and well equipped.
The only suggestion we have is for more outdoor furniture on the decks and for more comfortable outdoor furniture. The table and chairs by the bbq were very dirty, so we could not really use them. The kitchen could use a refresh of cooking utensils, but overall was great.

This little condo is everything it shows to be. However its age is definitely showing. Many cobwebs throughout the home to include covering the decks and deck lights (none of which worked). TV is difficult to navigate at best (we never could figure it out but decided to play games so it worked out.) In the kitchen they only had Teflon pans which is fine but they only offered metal tonsils so…. Grill worked great! It is clean clean clean except for the cobwebs. The view of the lake from the decks is nice but the “beach” is literally about 10 feet of shoreline that a boat could launch from but not a play area for kids which is what we were hoping for. The pool is well maintained and a fun place to wind down in the evening. Overall a recommended property
