About this apartment rental
Our family is treasuring this place, so will yours. A warm, inviting space centrally located, 8 miles to Alpine Meadows, hiking, biking.. Access to everything Tahoe is known for. Amenities include:
-Level 2 electric vehicle charger, ccs type 2. if you have a Tesla, bring your adapter.
-Newer kitchen with stainless appliances, etc.
-King, queen, with 3x twins underneath
-Charming gas fireplace
-50" Smart TV with cable, Blu-Ray player, small dvd collection
-WiFi, high speed cable internet
-Massage chair
-Brand new front-loading washer and dryer
-Natural gas Weber BBQ, can't run out of fuel
-Deck with table and chairs
-Some toys for kids
-Beach towels
-Not guaranteed but usually available (some of these unfortunately go missing at times) are a cooler, beach chairs and small shelter, wagon, tennis rackets, a folding wagon (a la Costco).
Lake Forest Glen grounds include:
-2 pools (seasonal)
-1 hot tub (year round)
-Sauna
-Tennis courts
-Pickleball courts
-Basketball court
-Additional parking
A NOTE ABOUT CANCELLATIONS:
Through the pandemic and smoky summer seasons, I routinely receive requests for me to waive our cancellation fee, to disregard the policies that we have agreed to on VRBO.com. While I understand that circumstances sometimes make continuing with a trip to Tahoe, the policies are there for a reason. When you reserve your stay, you are offered cancellation protection by VRBO. There are also many companies not associated with VRBO that offer travel insurance. I would STRONGLY ENCOURAGE to avail yourself of these options, particularly in late summer, early fall when fires routinely fill the area with smoke. Thanks for your understanding.

We had a great stay at the LFG condo. The location is excellent and close to many shops and resources nearby in Tahoe City. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to the W/D in the unit was very convenient for our stay.

Nice and clean place for my family. Lots of kids playing in the common area. Nice little community.

The condo is a good value. The over head ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs kept us cool in the summer, which is really nice. The kitchen is fully stocked. The barbecue is available but I was not strong enough to plug-in the gas hose to the house gas line. Bummer. Needs new patio chairs as the seat mesh is about to break. I brought my own.
You can walk to coffee in the morning, Tues.-Sat. This is really nice. Access to the lake is nearby, but is not a sand beach.
The pools were not busy at all and looked nice. The owners were very responsive when I had a couple of questions.
