About this house rental
No long term rentals beyond 2 weeks.
This beautiful, tri-level condo is just east of Tahoe City. It is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar and Homewood ski areas. A perfect winter wonderland. In summer you can walk to Skylandia Beach, on breathtaking Lake Tahoe or walk into town on the bike path. You will find great restaurants and shopping. Or, just stay at the condo and swim or play tennis. The North Shore Casinos are about a 15 minute drive away.
This unit is part of the Villa's Townhouse complex, located in a natural setting surrounded by pine trees. The condo has a loft master suite bedroom. There are also two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower floor. There are steps down and up to unit from parking lot and the unit is 3 levels.

Perfect for 3 seniors in Tahoe walking the trails: kitchen space to make up trail lunches, kicking back with a beer on the deck after a day out and then making up big plates of carbs ready for the next day. O, and plenty of space for all-day Sunday football on TV. Tahoe City is nearby for breakfast at Rosie's and beer at 3 Sheets and National Brewing, both lakeside. 5 Lakes Trail and Ellis Peak both highly recommended.

Stay was just as advertised! We would stay here again. Property is excellently maintained, and owner is very easy to deal with! Would recommend to anyone!

I've stayed at the same condo a year ago. I like the location and the condo. It is a tri-level so has a lot of stairs. Stairs to get to the front door, stairs up to a bedroom and stairs down to the other bedrooms. That should be described in the listing for anyone that has issues with stairs.
During this stay I was disappointed in the amenities. Bath towels, while not plush were clean and not tattered. The hand towels looked like they had been used as cleaning rags. There were three bath towels in the condo without spares. Two wash clothes and they looked worn. I slept in the double bedroom downstairs and the fitted sheet had a hole in in that was about 2x2 inches and an entire edge was ripped and frayed - very disappointing. I didn't check the sheets in the other bedrooms. One bottle of liquid soap in the downstairs bathroom for the whole condo - no soap otherwise.
