About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 70 m² flat for rent in Bayeux, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 31 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, and more
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90×200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Two bathrooms with showers
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board, iron and desk.
Outside:
- A 13 m² private courtyard to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Bayeux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: Notre-Dame de Bayeux cathedral, Battle of Normandy memorial museum, British cemetery, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street near the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bayeux 1.2 km (16 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Caen 25 km (24 min by car)

Owners were very nice and helpful. We had a great stay and we oiled book again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bayeux.

The owner was there to welcome us and show us how everything worked. We were close to everything so we were able to walk to a grocery store, sites, and restaurants. There are 2 shower rooms and one toilet. (As an American the description of 2.5 bathrooms implies 3 toilets available). My daughter said that the pullout couch was very comfortable. A great place to stay.
