Location!
No instructions for washer/drier. Really only 1 shower - the 2nd was part of bathtub with no curtain - just as the picture shows but I didn’t realize it would be tough to use that way.

location of Samandine home was unbeatable. In an ideal location for exploring the beautiful old city of Bayeaux. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Coffee pods provided with the espresso machine was a lovely touch as was the shopping bag. Our beds were set for us but not enough as we were not couples. A quick msg to host & that was quickly rectified.
House has lots of stairs & very narrow stairwells. Carrying heavy luggage to top floors could be very difficult. Parking was a bit tricky. No dedicated parking spot for the home but we managed to find street parking every evening. Host explained how to pay for parking & meter was 30 steps from front door. Booking.com stated no wifi but it was available. Top floor bedroom could use a blind on the slanted window.

Loved the location, and being able to walk out to gorgeous restaurants to eat in the evening
Alot of stairs - which luckily we are all fit so didn't bother us
