About this chalet rental
In the center of Praiano, in a strategic and panoramic position, stands La Dimora di Euribia: a house in perfect Mediterranean style, characterized by majolica flooring and bright and modern furnishings. The view is breathtaking both from the terrace and from the large internal windows that characterize it. Access to the Dimora is via a typical path in bamboo canes that leads directly to the imposing terrace overlooking the sea, surrounded by only glass windows and furnished with sun loungers, an outdoor table and BBQ. The entrance is on an open space, with induction kitchen and living area. The two spacious double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, make the house perfect for a group of four. The location is among the most favorable: a few steps from the Church of San Luca, you can reach restaurants, the beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym on foot. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and Wi-FI is available throughout the house.
The villa is organized on one level:
- Large terrace with sea view, equipped with a table for dining al fresco, an outdoor living area and a BBQ area;
- Access to the living area, with double sofa bed and table for four;
- Fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob and dishwasher;
- Double bedroom with sea view with access to the terrace;
- Adjacent bathroom;
- Double bedroom with access to the front terrace and ensuite bathroom.
La Dimora di Euribia is located on the east side of Praiano and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a grocery store, the beach and the bus stop. To reach it it is necessary to follow a path of about 50 meters and about 40 steps. It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee. The private parking - upon reservation and subject to availability - is about 400 meters away.
The town center is not far away, on foot you can reach:
- Local bus stop (50 meters)
- Supermarket and butcher (100 mt)
- Restaurants and bars (300 mt)
- Beginning of the path of the Gods

Very clean, great communication on what’s App and help with planning boat ride, taxis, travel to/from Rome. Definitely recommend but next time we’d honestly probably stay on other side of Praiano so we could walk to more restaurants but overall a wonderful experience. Definitely bring your walking shoes- so many steps but a great opportunity to walk off the amazing food lol

Glorious views of the Amalfi while located in a quaint quiet village a short 15 -20 mins away from Positano. The apt was immaculately clean with good bedding, two modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the views and sunsets over a bottle of wine. The host, Francesco of Small could not have been more helpful. He was a rock star! from giving good advice, booking transfers and a boat tour - nothing was too much to ask. The location is quiet, not full with crowds. We enjoyed the walks around to some of the local restaurants, of note is Kasai which served fantastic food, great wines and a phenomenal view also La Posteria Praiano which we went to most evenings for a pre dinnerpost dinner wine and regularly bought wines there to take home. I would give the apt 5* however there was some shortcomings. It missed good cutlery, cutting boards, toaster and other day to day items which I am sure they can put in In total a marvellous stay! Thanks!

This was our first trip to Italy and it was indescribable. Praiano is a hidden gem on the coast that I almost don’t want to talk about because it’ll slowly be overcome with tourism! First and foremost, Francesco from SMAAC was like having a virtual private tour guide and personal trip assistant. His communication, willingness and overall customer service was unmatched. The town visitors have many gripes about the steps, and if you think there’s a lot, there’s 10x more lol! BUT I wouldn’t change a thing. That’s what makes this area unique and desirable in my opinion. The location, the view, the locals, the view, the food, THE VIEW! 10/10 will return to this exact villa and Praiano. My heart was left here.
