Located in one of the most picturesque & restful Oia neighborhoods in Santorini, you need less than a minute to promenade along the worldwide famous marble-paved Caldera street.
The house is right off the main street of Oia which makes it very accesible, as you can pull up with a car right below the house.

The unit is perfectly located in Oia -- close enough to the main streets and restaurants, but far enough away that it's not noisy or crowded. Constantino and Faye were excellent hosts who arranged our pickup at the ferry and our trip to the airport. The unit itself has a very nice, small courtyard and a roof deck with excellent views facing the ocean (non-caldera) side. The bathrooms are large and clean, and the kitchen is also very nice. Our group of four highly recommends this property.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this house is. Beautiful, comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, lovely common area and kitchen and breathtaking patio and roof deck. Constantino was an outstanding host, setting up our airport transfers, a driver to tour us around the island and wonderful restaurant suggestions. He was very gracious and also let us check in early since we were severely jet-lagged! Lastly the access to the house was up only a few steps which was ideal for our group. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful 4 days. Apartment was well stocked. Owner very helpful. Location perfect. Loved the sunset from rooftop deck.

We stayed in Santorini for 3 nights. The property was wonderful, clean and just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Oia. The best part about staying at Kalyva was by far Faye and Konstantino. They are so kind, friendly and happy to help with anything you need. I highly recommend staying here.
