The location was absolutely awesome. Of course there are stairs but it was just expected that you would encounter them. Come out your door each morning to look out to the calm Caldera waters watching cruise ship pass. Beautiful. I absolutely loved that this gem was far enough away from the direct tourists walkway but still just 2 minutes up the stairs to the cafes and restaurants. It had a million $ view.
Not having access to the rooftop for seating as the stairs were blocked off and no benches to sit on to enjoy the views.

Traditional old house with a specific smell, very good location. No caldera view from the private pool.
