The property was perfect for our family of 18, including grandparents and adult kids, as well as grandkids, ranging in ages from 2-11years. (The kids loved the bunk bed room!) The yard is fenced in and filled with opportunities for fun: two fire pits and a nice hot tub for the whole family in the evening, along with swings, a flying fox, enough shady grass for water balloon games, a big back porch and more! The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The appliances are better than the ones we have at home! A very nice Texoma Lake beach spot is just down the street, with a smaller but closer one a short distance. The one just behind the house is a bit “natural” but the others are worth the nice walks.

Excellent in every way - house, furnishings, outdoors, amenities, host all were outstanding. Plenty of beds & private rooms for our family reunion ranging in age from 15 - 83. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a crowd. My family is already asking when we can go back.
