About this house rental
Sprawling 21 treed acres with a beautiful home that sleeps 6 and the new bunkhouse that sleeps 10. Trails to walk, one fishing pond, two duck ponds, horse shoes, fire pit and two grills to cook on for your large group. Fully equiped kitchen with all you need to cook for your group. Comfy beds. About 5 minutes from Lake Texoma so you can boat, fish and play. Escape to the serenity of the country. Two queen beds and one double in the house with two full bathrooms. A set of queen/queen bunk beds and two sets of twin/twin bunk beds in the bunkhouse and a full bath. Lots of room for outdoor fun. No smoking inside and no unapproved parties allowed. Breaking either of these rules are subject to forfeiture of your entire deposit.

We really enjoyed the time at the property there we brought several young boys with us. Well teenagers that all had such a great time fishing in the ponds running around the property playing football. The main house was so accommodating for everybody again I just thank you for your property and thanks for the opportunity we had to use it

The property was amazing and almost everyone in our group caught fish. We all had room to do our own thing and places where we could all get together. It was amazing.Since our group did not have a boat to play on Lake Texoma, we spent most of our time hanging out around the house and the ponds.

Property was great for large groups. It was a a clean place and the owners where friendly. The few things that we did not like was that it was to far out of town with no wi/fi. We wish that the TV was located in a bigger room instead of a little sitting area so in the evenings we could all relax more. If you enjoy fishing they had a couple of ponds that the kids enjoyed fishing at. Over all the place is quite and a good place for big groups.
