Cozy and Comfortable! Cozy meaning tiny house. Comfortable meaning 5 recliners, with 3 that rock along with a 50 inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Located in Sherwood Shores, you will have full access to the house. There is plenty of parking (boat & RV) along with a fenced in backyard for privacy. Enjoy outdoor living with a gas grill and a fire pit. Sherwood Shores has its own private beach plus the backyard backs up to Juniper Point State Park which has a boat launch, hiking trails & beaches.

We did not spend a lot of time around the property. We had family in another area so we left early afternoon and came back late evening.
We had a great time while at the house.

The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. I only have one complaint - there was a musty smell in the house. I had to wash clothes I did not even wear and my pillows and blankets to get the smell out. That is the only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness otherwise it was very clean.
