Location is fabulous...walking distance to all in Morro Bay. Great parking! The only downside is the back view of the Sushi restaurant, but having sushi in your backyard is also ideal

Just perfect location to enjoy the bay and all of the fun activities, the peace of the beach, the good restaurants . The house was quiet clean with a nice parking for the car.
