• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival.
• This is a Walk-In Unit
• This property does not have access to any of the resort's amenities including the pool.

This is the most adorable place. It is very clean. It is extremely welcoming, and they cater to coffee drinkers, which was a great perk for us. I only gave it four stars due to the excessive noise you could hear from the condo above. The fan noise helped, but it was still very loud when we were trying to sleep. That is the only downfall of staying on the bottom floor. The place is equipped with everything you need for a great weekend stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Branson! The place was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable trip. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring Branson. Wonderful experience from start to finish — 10/10, would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is not it. You can hear everything going on in upstairs apt, all through the night. Clean place but not the most ideal for rest.
