We spent four nights and five days in this place. All appliances were working but there were some issues with cleanliness from dirty silverware to windows filled with dead bugs (a lot). We enjoyed our time, but had to buy soap and shampoo as this was provided in little packets like condiments instead of bottles or bars. Imagine trying to wash up without soap. We enjoyed the place but the WiFi was abismal and we used our data plan the while time. Very frustrating. Especially for my son who had to contact work. Overall a decent experience, but not super clean.

Spectacular is the only way to describe it. Travelers only need to keep in mind that check in is up the road and not on point. It’s across from the Dairy Queen, down the hill. Forget about what the address is but if you google it, it will give it to you, as it’s the main property which is also where the pool is at. Phenomenal.

Changed rooms three times because of roaches immediately upon entry. So I had to drive back and forth across town to the check in place that many times as well for new key cards. No compensation for any of that was offered. Washer was broken so I had to use one in another unit to finish spinning and drying the soaking wet clothes I had. I literally spent an hour and a half cleaning every single thing in the unit because everything was dirty... like it hadn't had a deep cleaning in a year. Carpet was filthy so I had to fix the vacuum cleaner that was in the closet and try to clean it as well. Was able to drive back across town at least again and use the pool at Oak Ridge since there's not one at Great Rock. I was creeped out the whole time, thinking of bugs, and exhausted from all the cleaning... like rewashing every single dish and everything in the kitchen thinking there might have been bugs on it.. yeah tired and stressed out, the exact opposite of the relaxing vacation I was hoping for. I would not recommend it and I'm so highly disappointed.
