Despite all the neighborhoods on the way to this rental, it's very private and pretty quiet, depending on your neighbors in the cabin. Unit was very clean with no issues, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin itself was cute & comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. There was plenty of dishes, pots & pans to make meals with. It was for the most part clean, though the bottoms of our feet did get a bit dirty on the hardwood. The beds were comfortable. There is no ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom nor (I was hoping for) a fan in the closet. So if you like to sleep with a fan I would recommend bringing one. Toilet paper was kept in the upstairs bathroom while it seemed everyone preferred to use the downstairs. We pulled our boat down with us as we love Table Rock Lake. The description states 3 car driveway so we assumed parking would be a non-issue. While the other cabins did have flat level driveways, our unit (Cabin 2, Unit 4) did not. It was on a very steep incline at the end of a 1 lane dead end road. Fortunately we are experienced in pulling trailers and were able to get the trailer turned around and parked at the dead end & blocked the tires and parked our full sized suv in the driveway. (Parking 2 full sized vehicles would be very tight at this unit) After our initial arrival, if we used the boat we would just back it down the road to where we kept it parked. We were asked to remove garbage from the unit (no problem) but was not told where to dispose of it. (Had text & ask. Dumpster was on a different street!)
We would probably use this cabin again as long as the price stays reasonable and now know what to expect. Though I'm not quite sure why the cleaning fee is so high as you are expected to do most of it yourself.
