Nursery Cottage is located in the centre of the Surrey Hills, in a beautiful rural location, just one mile from the popular village of Peaslake and has immediate access to over 2000 acres of common land. Sleepng up to four the property benefits from one ensuite and one shower room, a large living room with fantastic views of the farm and a kitchen dining area with separate seating area. After a long day of walking or mountain biking, unwind in the wood fired hot tub!

Check in with instructions was simple to follow. Tim was a great host. Very helpful and generous hamper on arrival… the house and location was just perfect, set in a fantastic location within the Surrey hills. myslef and family had a great stay and cannot wait for the opportunity to return….

Beautiful views and amazing Eucalyptus tree that can be illuminated at night - a nice touch.Comfortable and cosy with the woodburner.

wow wow wow. our stay was exceptional in all ways
from the serenity of the beautiful countryside and hearing the sounds of the sheep cows and horses.
The cottage was very spacious and well equipped and exceptionaly clean with very high standards in all the furnishings
Farmer Tim and his wife were delightful people and very accommodating. we asked for a tea pot. next there there is a tea pot waiting for us at our front door nothing wa to much trouble for them. we will definitely be retuning to this beautiful cottage in the rural countryside .
