Our cozy 3 room apartment of 65 m2 is located on the top floor and in a perfect location on Karl-Heine Straße.
The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom (with bath), 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. In the living room there is a dining area and a TV. Internet (WLAN) are available free of charge.

The Karl-Heine Canal is a 3.3 km long artificial watercourse in the west of the city of Leipzig, which connects the Lindenau harbor with the White Elster. It is spanned by 15 bridges and can be navigated by small boats. The canal is a Leipzig cultural monument as a monumental entity “canal, bank fortifications and bridges”.

Comfortable and relaxing, sparkling clean with nice decoration and furniture. Great for kids. Quiet and easy to keep fresh in summer. Medium size apartement with small kitchen. The kitchen is not very practical but every other room is spacious with room for bags, presses etc... The mattress on the double bed is not of a high quality. Be aware that there is no washmachine and you need a car to go to the lounderette. If you have a car it's easy to park for free on the road. The area is fantastic with countless restaurants, cafés, groceries and bars with a great athmosphere. I recommend Prellbock for an excellent meal in a super setting. To go to the city centre, take the tram or a nice 45 minutes walk through the park. The owner is easy to contact and very helpful.
