Just for your information, I’m not saying whether it’s positive or negative, it’s just good to be informed in advance and expect it. It’s a ground-floor apartment with windows facing two streets, so you hear people walking by. There’s a church with a bell 50 meters from the apartement, and it’s used pretty often :)

Gemütlich eingerichtet und so ziemlich alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Mitten im Wohngebiet, daher relativ ruhig dennoch ist die Anbindung gut, da die Straßenbahn nur wenige 100 m weg ist. Bedeutet aber eben auch das die Parkplatzsituation schwierig ist.
Die Lage der Schlüsselbox ist ziemlich unappetitlich, der Schimmel in der Dusche sollte mal beseitigt werden.
Die Fenster sind eine Katastrophe, praktisch kein Lärmschutz.

Eigentlich alles top Lage sehr Zentral ,sauber und sehr groß genug Platz für alle.
Parken war eine Katastrophe dort einen Parkplatz zu finden ist sehr sehr schwierig leider.

Spacious Appartment, nice location. Good value for the money

Bedroom window
Kitchen cabinet missing a door
Other cabinet doors wouldn’t close
kitchen table is wonky
Hole in the wall at the entrance
Broken toilet seat
